The President Director of PLN, Darmawan Prasodjo, stated that the implementation of AMI smart meters would significantly enhance customer convenience. Through the PLN Mobile application, customers can now monitor their electricity usage profiles and real-time billing information.
"With AMI smart meters, customers can monitor their electricity usage in real-time through the PLN Mobile application, eliminating the need to wait for monthly bills. This enables customers to manage their energy consumption and electricity bills according to their needs. In other words, everything becomes much easier as it can be controlled with just a few taps on their smartphones," said Darmawan in a written statement on Tuesday.
