The Ngurah Rai Immigration Office held a socialization event for the optimization of international passenger services through the All Indonesia and Electronic Visa on Arrival (e-VOA) applications at the Hilton Garden Inn Bali on September 24, 2025. The event was attended by various government agencies and stakeholders in the tourism sector.
Benefits of the All Indonesia Application
- Integrates immigration, customs, health, and quarantine reports into a single platform
- Enables faster, more practical, and transparent arrival processes through web or mobile access
- Increases efficiency and transparency in integrated inspections
Implementation of E-VOA
- Manual system has shifted to Electronic Visa, including e-VOA
- 5.4 million visas have been issued as of September 22, 2025, up from 4.9 million in 2024
Support and Cooperation
- All Indonesia application usage rate has reached nearly 90%
- Airlines' support is needed ahead of the mandatory barcode implementation on October 1, 2025
- Various stakeholders provided input for system improvement and integration
