The core issue is the strong allegation that the Landowner of the restaurant property knowingly and deliberately, in bad faith, leased the same property to more than one investor party simultaneously or with overlapping periods. This action was taken without legally resolving or terminating the contractual relationship with the previous tenant.

Leasehold rights have become overlapping, legal certainty has been lost, and conflicts over control and restaurant operations are inevitable.
