The focus is on a prolonged legal dispute involving a number of investors, centered around Brekky Cafe located at Jalan Dalem Lingsir No. 12, Pererenan.
The core issue is the strong allegation that the Landowner of the restaurant property knowingly and deliberately, in bad faith, leased the same property to more than one investor party simultaneously or with overlapping periods. This action was taken without legally resolving or terminating the contractual relationship with the previous tenant.
