The Stalemate of the Kitas Application Process: A Disappointing Tale

Bali, Word Warta Global. id
In March 2025, a foreign national applying for a Kitas at a visa agent office in Bali experienced disappointment when the promised process remained unresolved. After transferring a fee of 12,000,000 IDR, they felt optimistic upon sending a photo of the passport exit stamp after flying to Bangkok. However, that hope began to fade as communication from the visa agent office dwindled, which had promised completion by Thursday but then stopped responding.

In early April, efforts to obtain clarity were made by visiting the office again. An employee, H, claimed that the application was being processed even though the applicant still held their passport. Frustration mounted when H failed to provide further information about the Kitas E33G process. Poor communication and unfulfilled promises made the applicant feel deceived and confused about the status of their application.

As May approached, the situation showed no signs of improvement. The applicant, accompanied by a friend and their landlord, returned to the office to request the passport that had been withheld. Although the passport was successfully returned, they discovered that there had been no progress on the Kitas application. In this quest for clarity, suspicions arose that the visa agent office was not honest about the status of the application, leaving the applicant in prolonged uncertainty. Witabali
