WORLD.WARTAGLOBL.id - Antam Gold Price Drops Another Rp 3,000 per Gram, Here's the Breakdown
The price of PT Aneka Tambang (Persero) Tbk gold bullion fell by Rp 3,000 per gram today, Tuesday (11/4/2023), continuing the previous day's decline of Rp 2,000 per gram.
Quoting Logam Mulia website, the price of Antam gold bullion is now Rp 1,079,000 per gram, up from the previous day's price of Rp 1,072,000 per gram.
Antam's buyback price also fell by Rp 2,000 per gram to Rp 962,000 per gram from the previous Rp 964,000 per gram. Buyback is the price obtained if Antam gold holders want to sell their bullion.
However, it should be noted that the Antam gold price applies only to Butik Emas LM, Graha Dipta, Pulo Gadung, East Jakarta, so the price may differ at other Antam gold sales outlets.
Based on the Ministry of Finance Regulation (PMK) Number 34/PMK.10/2017, gold bullion purchases will be subject to a 0.9% withholding tax (PPh 22).
If you want a lower tax deduction of 0.45%, include your Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) every time you transact. Each gold bullion purchase will be accompanied by a PPh 22 withholding tax receipt.
As for buyback, according to PMK Number 34/PMK.10/2017, selling back gold bullion to Antam with a value of more than Rp 10 million will be subject to a 1.5% withholding tax for NPWP holders and 3% for non-NPWP holders.
It should also be noted that Antam's buyback price does not yet include tax if the sale exceeds Rp 10 million. PPh 22 on buyback transactions will be deducted directly from the total buyback value.
