Sergeii Domogatsky, also known as Mr. Terimakasih, a Russian influencer, is now on the verge of arrest after the Bali Police received 30 complaints from 29 foreign investors who were victims of an alleged property investment fraud. The total losses reached IDR 80 billion.
The Bali Police have sealed villa projects in Tabanan, Klungkung, and Bangli due to incomplete permits. Investigators also found a series of serious violations, including lack of environmental approval, lack of spatial use approval, and lack of building permits.

Legal Process
The Bali Regional Police have escalated this case to the investigation stage and will summon Mr. Terimakasih in the near future. Investigators are also coordinating with Indodax and the Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center (PPATK) to investigate potential money laundering (TPPU).
